Patients and referral sources can contact Riverside Hospital 7 days a week for referrals.
Our liaisons are available to perform evaluations in the acute care setting and at a patient's home to determine if inpatient rehab or long-term acute care is right for you. Referral orders can come directly from your primary physician, attending physician, or through an agency that assists in your care such as home health, wound care center, nursing home, or an outpatient facility.
